Booking your stay at the Ngadju Gateway Motel is simple and secure. We offer a range of options to ensure your stay is comfortable and meets your logistical needs:

• How to Book: For the best rates and instant confirmation, please use our online booking portal linked below. For corporate or group bookings (5+ rooms), please contact us directly by phone or email.

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is available from 2Pm. Check-out is strictly 10Am. Please contact reception if you require a late check-out (subject to availability).

• Pet-Friendly Options: We offer dedicated Pet-Friendly Motel Rooms. Due to limited availability, pets must be declared and booked in advance. Standard pet policies and fees apply.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation.

General Terms:

• Payment: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and EFTPOS. Corporate account setups are available upon request.

• Facilities: Access to the pool, guest laundry, and restaurant services is available to all registered guests. Please see reception for operating hours.

• Large Vehicle Parking: Dedicated Truck and Coach Parking is available on site at no extra charge.
